Started with a prompt about a Terminator fighting a Genestealer, but didn’t say Imperial Fist. Asked it to change the picture into a medieval style. Then asked it to change it to an Imperial Fist Marine. Should have been clearer about the type of armor. But this is pretty cool.
Finally bought it! I am working on the rules for Space Hulk Boarding actions. Working from the existing teams.
Added a painting booth to the list of things I bought for this project. Simple plastic airbrush booth with a filter and air circulation. I don’t see as much of the paint vapor in the air, so I assume that is good. Primed all the bases in it.
Watched some videos on making bases. I am not talented enough to do most of it, so I found a simpler format, something I tried years ago! This time I kept it simple. Simple metallic bases. It is 1mm plastic card, with a circular cutter. I bought an assortment of rods and away I went.
The base colors are down. I got the look I am going for, and I sealed them with varnish. I haven’t done any highlights, and I need to go back and touch up spots. Drill out barrels and apply the metalics on weapons, but I have made some progress. The Librarian I am still trying…

Apothecary was primed, and then I airbrushed “Apothecary White” on top. Watched some vidoes on painting white, so trying to use those instructions. Did some work on the shields and realized I should have started with the light gray. So going to have to make a decision soon. Probably go back to the gray, then…
